Christmas in Vienna is coming. A famous german children’s poem begins with “Advent, Advent a little light is burning …”. But during Advent season more than a little light burns in Vienna. The whole city is bathed in atmospheric lighting, in front of the town hall there is a whole Winter Wonderland that always amazes. Anyone entering a Vienna Christmas market is quickly enchanted. All these markets have a lot in common, there is a lot of mulled wine and lots of punch, for example. And yet different and are unique in their own ways…
